Eligibility

Returns & exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed & in original condition
✔ Must include all tags and packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene & production reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Worn or washed apparel

• Used stationery or opened subscription items

• Sale, clearance or mystery boxes

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

Exchanges

If sizing or design selection is the issue and the item is unused, we are happy to offer an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos within 72 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund as quickly as possible ❤️
