This policy acts as a guideline and is not formal legal advice.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not begun processing or production.

After the 12-hour window OR once production/fulfillment begins, we are unable to alter or cancel the order.

If you need a change such as size, product, or address update, please contact us as soon as possible — we will happily help if the order is not yet in production or shipped.

Subscription Box Purchases

Subscription orders renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Customers may cancel their renewal anytime through their account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future charges — it does not refund already-processed boxes.
Preorders + Made-to-Order Items
Certain items are produced specifically when purchased.

Cancellations are only available within 12 hours of purchase

After that point, the order is in production and cannot be reversed
Digital Products
Due to the nature of instant downloads:
❗ Digital products are non-refundable
❗ Cancellations cannot be accepted once the file is delivered
